Home support team members can develop a career and get qualified

Our home support team members are just as much a part of the team as our carers. Whatever your role, we’ll give you the support you need to do your job well and build a career to be proud of – whether you want to gain recognised qualifications or just do a great job.

Through our Learning Academy, we’ll provide you with high-quality training tailored to your role. And, because we want you to have a great future at Care UK, we can offer you exciting career paths.

The Care UK Learning Academy

We offer our employees bespoke learning and development programmes through our Learning Academy. It offers a wide range of training, including a mix of on-the-job training and accredited e-learning.

Go further with an apprenticeship

We offer a range of apprenticeship programmes for Home Support Team Members across various roles, including: activities, chefs and kitchen assistants, receptionists and administrators, maintenance and facilities, laundry and domestic. You can gain an Apprenticeship in Maintenance, Customer Service, Hospitality (professional cookery and housekeeping), Business Administration or Management. From there, you could go further still, training as a qualified carer or becoming a manager.
