Trusted to care

A closely-knit team of managers, carers, nurses and support colleagues – and each of us is dedicated to your loved one’s care, health and wellbeing.

I was keen to join Care UK as it provided me a fantastic opportunity to continue developing after previous roles as a Deputy Manager in a home.

My favourite part of the day is when I get to have my daily team meeting before doing my walk around our lovely home. It is so rewarding meeting lovely residents, who always give a welcoming smile.

Everyday I am reminded of the difference the team can make in residents' lives. Their actions help everyone in the home have meaningful, fulfilling experiences.

On my walk abouts, I love hearing residents' opinions on how we are doing, so we can continue to learn from their experiences and improve our services.
