  • Care UK are seeking a Post Offer Recruitment Administrator to provide support to our recruitment team.

    Due to a management buyout of Sunrise and Gracewell, we are seeing unprecidented growth in our business. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wishing to be part of an expanding organisation:

    You’ll be processing offers of employment through our applicant tracking system, collating candidate right to work and other post offer check administration duties following interviews.

    You will also have the opportunity to support in diary coordination of interviews so this would be an excellent opportunity to take the first step into a recruitment environment and assist the recruitment team in ensuring the candidate pipeline is maintained to fill vacancies in the homes as required and that the candidate experience is a smooth and positive one.

    • Experience in an administration role is highly desirable
    • Highly proficient on all Microsoft packages
    • Excellent understanding of what a good customer experience looks like
    • Ability to use various computer systems
    • Ability to be organised and prioritise
    • Ability to work well in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues
    • Previous experience with DBS/PVG and right to work
