  • Care UK have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a conscientious IT Senior support candidate at our head office based in Colchester.

    This role will be as an escalation point for any enquiries and IT related problems that cannot get a solution at the first point of contact and will be addressed and actioned with efficiency. You’ll have experience working within an IT team on a service desk, excellent communications skills and a good understanding of what customer service means.

    You’ll be responsible ensuring all escalations are dealt with and kept up to date, working in partnership with the current Senior IT Analyst to answer any queries from the Service Desk team and will be a point of contact between the Service Desk and Infrastructure team.
