  • As an Administrator Assistant, you will ensure professional and courteous reception of all visitors to the home. You’ll provide administrative support to other home staff and, as well as supporting effective and confidential record keeping and helping to maintain a positive reputation for the home in the local community.

    About you

    • Computer literate – strong skills in Excel and Word, and able to learn other applications
    • Experience of working to deadlines, working alone and as part of a team
    • Demonstration of effective interpersonal skills and working with others
    • Self-motivated individual that shows initiative
    • Experience in data, numbers and reporting detail
    • Demonstration of problem solving, decision making and resolution skills
    • Effectively manage multiple priorities
    • Experience of HR administration, Payroll and Bookkeeping an advantage
