I joined the community after working in the healthcare sector for the last nine years and leading teams in the care sector for the last five years. I am very proud to be working with such a professional team. I am happy that I am able to empower my colleagues to make a difference to people's lives by preserving dignity and individuality, and treating everyone in our community with respect.
