Helping residents to remain as active and independent as possible

I’m an experienced Home Manager with over 30 years’ experience in the care sector. I decided to join Sway Place because of Care UK’s values and reputation. I hold the Registered Manager’s Award, and Diplomas in Heath and Social Care at Levels 2, 3 and 4.

My favourite part of the day is when I do my rounds – engaging with residents, colleagues and visitors. I also love joining in with activities when I can.

In my spare time, I enjoy walking, especially on the coast, spending time with family and friends, and gardening.
