  • The Assistant Living Co- Ordinator is responsible for the overall management and success of the general assisted living community. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, motivating and developing team members, as well as delivering a high standard of resident care, driving results in a fast-paced environment and communicating effectively with families and professional bodies alike.

    About you

    • NVQ 2 essential, NVQ 3 desirable
    • Proven experience in long term care, assisted living, the hospital industry, or other human services field - experience with seniors preferred
    • Supervisory and management experience
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Good organisational and time management skills
    • IT skills including Word and Excel
    • Had both COVID-19 Vaccinations or be willing to have both.
