    Care UK have a fantastic opportunity to lead, manage and monitor a high-profile recruitment and onboarding experience related project.  

    This role is responsible for the maintenance and development of an onboarding SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, as well as the success of its implementation into our care homes. This involves regular communication and updates to our operational stakeholders around the project, as well as hands on training of the system to new users.

    You’ll be working closely with Regional Directors, Home Managers, Administration teams within the home as well as other internal stakeholders in order to achieve targets for project implementation

    You’ll have an excellent understanding of what constitutes to excellent candidate experience and an interest in employee engagement. You’ll have the ability to build credible relationships with a varied range of stakeholders to drive new ways of working and have impeccable organisation skills in order to ensure project deadlines are met.

    • Experience in stakeholder relationship management and ability to build relationships and collaboration across a wide range of stakeholders & teams to deliver change
    • Ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally
    • Knowledge and understanding of recruitment best practice and candidate experience through the recruitment and onboarding process
    • Excellent organisation skills and ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
    • Experience in managing risks and escalating to appropriate channels to meet deadlines
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to use Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to write, summarise and accurately produce reports to a varied range of stakeholders
    • Exposure to managing projects and system implementations/developments is highly desirable though not essential
    • Experience of implementing and managing integrations is highly desirable though not essential
    • Experience in building and presenting business cases is highly desirable though not essential
