The Role

Maintain a high standard of cleaning and hygiene within the home
Understand residents needs and ensure these are being met
Ensure the laundry of residents clothing is to the highest standard
Maintaining residents’ rooms and common areas to a high standard of tidiness and cleanliness
Build positive relationships with colleagues, residents and relatives

I’m an experienced home manager and I joined Care UK from another big care provider in 2016. I wanted to be part of a more proactive company that would help me to achieve my goals. Care UK has a very good reputation and is well known for caring as much for its colleagues as its residents.

I believe that, as a General Manager, you’re as good as your team. That’s why I always make sure I’m giving colleagues the support they need to do their jobs well.
