  • You

You’re a caring, can-do person, experienced in garden maintenance and upkeep.  Ideally, some of that has been gained in a care home setting. You’ve got a good basic education with GCSEs (or the equivalent) including English and Maths. As well as being very practical, you like dealing with people. You’re happy building good relationships with residents, colleagues and contractors. You’re a multi-tasker who can work well under pressure and use your initiative to solve problems. Above all, you’re a team player who takes pride in your work and is committed to maintaining a safe, comfortable environment for our residents.

    Your role

The safety of our care home residents and staff is really important. So your role will be to make sure the grounds are maintained to a high standard and are also appealing spaces to be in.
