    We are currently looking for an experienced, professional and highly personable Home Manager to join our overall 'Good' rated, 60 bedded Care Home in Bury St Edmunds, Glastonbury Court. The ideal Home Manager will be passionate and experienced in the world of healthcare; a proven manager who can confidently demonstrate effective leadership and management, putting care and residents first.

    Are you?

    • Experienced in caring for older people
    • Management experience
    • Nurse qualified (RGN, RMN)
    • A capable and confident in leader, with the driven and interest to grow and shape a team
    • Experienced in managing a successful home or services in healthcare
    • Confident in your knowledge of CQC regulations
    • Compassionate and capable in embedding your own culture

    If you're looking for a care home for a much-loved family member, but you’re not sure where to start, the dedicated team at Glastonbury Court care home in Bury St Edmunds provides an impressive range of care all under one roof, so we can cater for your loved one’s unique needs, whatever they may be.

    Our care home team provides residential care and nursing care for people living with dementia for up to 80 people. We also provide short term respite care if you want to continue caring for your loved one at home but you would like a break once in a while.

    Everything about the care we provide at Glastonbury Court is personalised to your loved one’s needs, wants, likes and dislikes. When your loved one first joins our care home, we work with them and all your family to learn as much as we can about them, so that we are confident that the care we give them meets their precise needs.
