    Care UK have a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly and positive New Builds team as a Training Coordinator. Your role is to coordinate the inductions for new colleagues joining Care UK at all our new build homes, providing a comprehensive training programme, and ensuring all statutory training is completed.

    You’ll support our Regional Directors, Training and Learning and Development functions in organising industry leading learning solutions. This role is responsible for coordinating engaging workshops & training documents, as well as administration tasks and providing meaningful feedback to help us shape our training sessions.

    Ideally you will have care sector experience, but a passion to learn about this sector is a must as well as experience in coordinating engaging training sessions virtually and face to face.

    Established 40 years ago, Care UK is one of the largest providers of residential care for older people, with over 12,000 employees and over 150 homes across the UK, delivering care to nearly 9,000 residents. Our care homes provide a range of care services, from short-term respite care to nursing and specialist dementia care. We are committed to providing excellent care and have the highest quality ratings of the five biggest care home providers.

    We are growing, with an ambitious new build programme, having opened over 40 homes since 2013. We continue to grow and are building between 6 and 10 homes a year, as well as continuing to invest in our older homes.

     

    Criteria

    • Experience in coordinating virtual training as well as face to face
    • Experience in organising workshops and materials
    • Managing delegate numbers and administrative duties
    • Highly organised
    • Ability to engage with key stakeholders and communicate to varied audiences
    • Can do and positive approach to work
