We are currently looking for an experienced, professional and highly personable Home Manager to join our 77 bed, overall Good rated nursing home, Bickerton House based in Bracknell. The ideal Home Manager will be passionate and experienced in the world of healthcare; a proven manager who can confidently demonstrate effective leadership and management, putting care and residents first.

At Bickerton House in Bracknell, Berkshire, our skilled and dedicated team provides a wide range of quality care services for older people.
Our stunning, purpose-built Bracknell care home provides short-term respite care as well as residential care, dementia care and nursing care on a permanent basis. Every aspect of your loved one's care is personalised to their needs, interests and wishes. Our specialised team also offers sympathetic end-of-life care, allowing you to focus on what’s important.
We support residents to enjoy meaningful activities and experiences. Our talented Lifestyle team at our Bracknell care home plan daily activities. Bickerton House residents like to keep fit and active, so we run armchair exercise sessions twice a week. Residents also enjoy regular creative sessions, film afternoons and minibus trips around the local area.
We ensure that every resident is included. Our Lifestyle team offers one-to-one time for residents who are being nursed in bed. Our relaxing namaste care sessions provide soothing sensory experiences for residents living with advanced dementia.
