Central Operations Administrator

    Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

    Based: Colchester – Hybrid working upon successful completion of training.

    Salary: Depending on experience

     

    Care UK have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join us in our Central Operations team.

    The successful candidate will be a detail orientated and organised individual, with experience in working in an administrative capacity. You will have a good working knowledge of using MS Office, and excellent customer service skills. You will be competent in answering the telephone and providing support to colleagues and stakeholders of all levels of the business, dealing with enquiries in a timely manner.

    This role is responsible for providing support to the wider business in relation to the processes and systems operated and managed by Central Operations. You will deal with queries received via email, or telephone as well as those received via webforms. You will also have the ability to review and create new ways of working and new content for our intranet.

    Criteria

    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook and Word)
    • Previous experience in an administrative position
    • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
    • Ability to effectively time manage and meet deadlines
    • Confident and able to provide help and support to other colleagues and customers
    • Able to maintain privacy and confidentiality
    • Commitment to personal development and the acquisition of new knowledge and skills
