    Care UK have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our supportive and busy Post Offer Team.

    The successful candidate will be seeking to develop a career in recruitment and administration, within a HR department. You will be an organised and focused individual with strong attention to detail.

    This role is responsible for supporting the onboarding process and ensuring our new recruits are compliant and have everything they need to start at Care UK. Additionally, you will ensure the candidate experience is a positive one.

    Criteria

    • Experience in an administrative role
    • Experience in answering the telephone to internal and external stakeholders
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Good organisational skills
    • Understanding of right to work and DBS processing is desirable
