Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Based: Colchester – Hybrid working upon successful completion of training.
Salary: Depending on experience

The Role
- Support the wider business with processes and systems managed by the Central Operations team.
- Resolve or escalate queries as appropriate within agreed timescales and maintain service levels.
- Perform back-office maintenance of various systems and housekeeping of information.
- Provide expert advice to queries received via email, telephone and webforms.
- Review and create new ways of working and content for our intranet.
- Undertake agreed ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements
- Detail orientation with strong organisational skills.
- Experience working in an admin capacity.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to affectively time manage and meet deadlines.
