What you’ll do
Leading the care team during your shifts, you will make certain that we fully meet residents’ medical, physical and emotional requirements. Ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework, you will mentor and motivate colleagues, champion residents’ safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement, whilst acting as Named Nurse for your own portfolio of service users.
Who you are
An NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD), you will be well versed in care planning processes and fully familiar with clinical assessment tools. You will be keen to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families, and determined to drive continuous improvement.

Our award winning team at Glastonbury Court care home in Bury St Edmunds offer an impressive range of care, from short-term respite to permanent care for residents living with dementia including residential, nursing and end of life care.
We were delighted to receive an ‘outstanding’ overall rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) after our routine inspection in January 2020. We are also proud to have received recent national and regional awards.
Based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, Glastonbury Court is close to local bus routes and is commutable from other Suffolk towns including Ipswich and Stowmarket.
