Reporting to the Home Manager, you’ll lead a small team of lifestyle co-ordinators. You’ll work closely with your team to create interesting, tailored activity plans for every resident. You’ll take time to get to know residents and their relatives – to find out which activities or hobbies they find stimulating. You’ll also be responsible for organising outside trips for residents and involving the wider community in the home. It’s a hugely varied role that’s both challenging and rewarding. Kenilworth Grange in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, provides specialist residential, nursing and respite care for older people, including individuals who have Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. We also provide sensitive and supportive end of life care.
