Experienced carers have time
to care and get qualified
When you join Care UK as an experienced carer, you’ll become part of a friendly, close-knit team committed to the wellbeing of residents. You get lots of support from day one, including a role-specific induction to prepare you for the job.
Your future is important to us, so we provide innovative learning and development programmes tailored to your goals. And we offer you a clear career path, helping you gain qualifications (if you want to) and reach your potential as a carer.
Apprenticeships for experienced carers
If you’re an experienced carer who wants to gain recognised qualifications, we’ll support you. You can gain Diplomas in Health & Social Care (Levels 2–5)* or a Diploma in Health* through our approved apprenticeship scheme. We’ve invested heavily in the scheme and currently have over 700 apprentices. If you simply want a career as a carer without studying for new qualifications, that’s OK too. We’ll make sure it’s fulfilling and rewarding for you.
