Qualified carers have time to care
and gain further qualifications

When you join Care UK as a carer with a Level 2 (or higher) qualification, you’ll become part of a friendly, close-knit team committed to the wellbeing of residents. And we’ll give you responsibility from day one.

Your future is important to us, so we provide innovative learning and development programmes, tailored to your goals. And we offer you a clear career path, helping you gain further qualifications (if you want to) and reach your potential as a carer.

Apprenticeships for qualified carers

You can gain further qualifications through our approved apprenticeship scheme. We’ve invested heavily in the scheme and currently have over 700 apprentices. If you simply want to continue as a carer without studying for further qualifications, that’s OK too. We’ll make sure it’s fulfilling and rewarding for you.
