As a valued Care UK colleague, we provide a variety of benefits that will work for you at all stages of your life, job and career journey with us – we know that ‘one size does not fit all’.
Your skills and personal development are important, here’s an overview of what we offer:
Apprentices and our diplomas
If you’re a compassionate, positive person, we’ll help you build a rewarding career in the care sector. You could be a school leaver looking to start a career. You might be studying Health and Social Care at college or university. Or perhaps you are looking to change your career, return to work or want a fresh challenge.
As long as you’re committed and caring, we’ll support you through your learning. Our apprenticeships and learning pathways cover a range of roles; Health & Social Care (Levels 2-5*), Facilities Management, Customer Services, Professional Cookery and administration. As a Care UK apprentice, you will earn as you learn and we will help you gain nationally recognised qualifications.
